Our sheds do include a floor, which means that you don’t have to worry about preparing an additional base or buying extra material to make wooden slabs, ceramic tiles, concrete slabs.

We recommend anchoring the shed to the ground on a level base and in an area with good drainage and without strong winds.

All of our sheds are delivered to your home within 3 to 5 working days and this is included in the price. The product is delivered at a ground level, regardless of the model chosen.

The Space Plus sheds do not require any previous experience or training to assemble. It is necessary to follow the instruction manual in detail, and we always recommend at least two people for the assembly.

The tools necessary for the assembly of each shed are described in each instruction manual, but in all cases basic tools such as pliers, screwdriver, tape measure, etc. are required. The sheds include all the screws and parts necessary for assembly.

The resin sheds do not require any maintenance apart from occasional cleaning to avoid accumulation of waste, especially on the roof. It also avoids accumulation on the roof and door guides.

Plan the installation of the product on a dry and windless day.

Avoid installation on bad weather to avoid damage to the product or personal injury. The shed is not designed to be built directly on the lawn.

It is very important that the stand is secured to the ground and that it is levelled.

It does not include screws or other parts needed for anchoring.

If a concrete platform is made, it is important that it slopes towards the edges to prevent water ingress.

The product should be placed in a place protected from the wind and with good drainage.

Avoid placing it in close proximity to trees, as regular cleaning of branches and leaves that may fall on it will be necessary.
